First and foremost, we are a group of friends, and friends of friends. We aren't what you would call a hardcore raiding guild. We began this guild, as an effort to play in an environment full of mature adults, where actions are governed by integrity and respect.

While the vast majority of us are interested in high end raiding, that is not the purpose of this guild. Having fun is our main priority, yet we also try to accomplish goals in a efficient manner. When it's time to get something done, we don't screw around. Working together as a team, to conquer new encounters is what most of us consider fun. Think of us like a football team. You see players having fun on the field all the time, but not screwing around. They are focused on the task at hand. That's a good analogy of how we play the game.

We don't curse (one escapes every now and then, inevitably), we don't tell offensive jokes, we don't do anything that would discourage a fun/friendly environment. One you would feel comfortable allowing your kids to be a part of. We aren't prudes, but we prefer to keep things as clean as possible.

Lastly, we believe in people getting what they deserve. No one here is automatically entitled to anything, just because they are a part of the guild. The effort each individual puts in, will be proportionate to the reward they receive. In this, one must make a key distinction between person and raider. A raider's worth is determined by his contributions. A person's is not. We have guildmates that rarely raid. That does not make them any less our friends. But it does mean they won't get the same raid rewards as someone who puts more effort into raiding.

Those are the ideals which this guild was founded upon. Friends playing with friends, in a respectful environment, accomplishing goals and getting justly rewarded for the effort we put in. That's what we are about.
